100 Day Challenge – Day 032

 

Use Common Sense

We all know this is a pretty obvious, but do we actually apply common sense in our everyday lives?

That was the question posed in today’s challenge.

For instance do you do any of the following:

  • Impulse buy?
  • Binge eat?
  • Binge drink?
  • Eat unhealthy food too often?
  • Lack exercise?
  • Smoke?
  • Do drugs?

The list is pretty endless, but most of these could easily be seen as decisions made that lack common sense.

Many of these are bad habits that we undertake, so no longer fall under the category of ‘common sense’ because we don’t actually make a conscious decision to do it.

They are just things that we have always done and no longer think about. They are habit.

So today I want to challenge you to look at your own bad habits and assess whether they make good common sense or not.

What you do with the answer is entirely up to you 🙂

Personally I am looking to apply a bit more common sense to my life, starting with what I discovered about myself today.
